Contact Move Out Cleaning Company

The quickest way to find out what a move-out clean will cost is to reach out. Call us toll-free, email us, or send the short form, tell us about your place and your move date, and we will reply with a flat-rate quote and the checklist it covers. There is no cost to ask, and no obligation to book. We are Move Out Cleaning Company, and we clean in metro areas across the country.

What to have ready

You do not need to prepare much, and you do not need to clean anything first, because that is our job. A few basics help us give you an accurate flat quote:

• The property address. So we can confirm we cover your area and size the clean.
• The size of the place. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and whether it is an apartment, condo, townhome or house.
• Your move date. When your things will be out and when the walk-through is, so we clean in that window.
• Your move-out checklist. The list from your lease or leasing office, if you have one, so we clean to it line by line.

If you do not have every detail, send what you have. We can work from the address and the size of the place and ask the rest when we talk.

What happens after you reach out

We look at the size and condition of your place and reply with a flat-rate quote and the move-out checklist it covers. The price is set before anyone shows up, with no hourly meter and no fees added at the end, and the quote carries no obligation. If it works for you, we schedule the clean around your move date. A crew brings the supplies, cleans the empty place to the checklist, and leaves it ready for your walk-through.

If your landlord or property manager flags a cleaning item on the checklist, we come back and re-clean it at no charge. Not sure which clean you need yet? Our how it works page walks through the three steps, move-out cleaning lists the full scope, and the faq page answers the questions we hear most.
