Is the move-out cleaning quote really free, with no obligation?
Yes. Asking for a quote costs nothing and does not commit you to anything. We size the clean, give you a flat price and explain what it covers, and you decide in your own time. If the number is not right for you, you walk away and owe us nothing.
How much does a move-out clean cost?
You get one flat quote based on the size of the place and the condition it is in, not an hourly meter. A studio or one-bedroom costs less than a larger house, and the price we quote is the price you pay, with no fees added at the end. Send the form with your move date and the size of the place and we will send the quote.
What is included in a move-out clean?
A full, top-to-bottom clean of the empty place against a landlord’s move-out checklist: inside the oven, fridge and cabinets, the range hood and backsplash, the bathrooms scrubbed to the grout, floors vacuumed and mopped, and baseboards, doors, frames, switch plates, interior windows, light fixtures and closets all cleaned. Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?
No. The crew brings everything, including vacuums, mops, cloths and cleaning products. You do not need to leave anything behind or buy supplies. All we ask is that the place is empty, or as empty as you can get it, and that the power and water are on.
Will a move-out clean get my deposit back?
Cleaning is one of the most common reasons money is deducted from a deposit, so a clean done to the checklist removes that reason and gives you your best chance at a full refund. We cannot control a landlord’s final decision, and we do not promise an outcome, but we clean to the standard they inspect against and re-clean a flagged item for free.
What happens if my landlord flags something after the clean?
If your landlord or property manager flags a cleaning item on the move-out checklist that we cleaned, we come back and re-clean that item at no extra charge. You do not pay a second time to correct something that was ours to handle the first time around.
Do I need to be there during the clean?
No. Most people hand off a key or share an access code and go handle the move. We clean the empty place and let you know when it is done, in time for your walk-through or key handover. If you would rather be there, that is fine too.
How far ahead should I book, and can you do short notice?
A few days of notice is ideal, especially around the end of the month when leases turn over and schedules fill up. That said, send the form even for a short-notice move and we will tell you the soonest we can fit you in.
Can you clean on the same day as my move?
Often yes, as long as the place is empty when we arrive. Many renters have us come once the truck is loaded on the last day, so the clean is the final step before the keys change hands. Others prefer the clean before the walk-through. Tell us your move date and we will schedule around it.
Do you clean apartments, houses, or both?
Both. We clean empty apartments, condos and townhomes, including leasing-office rentals, as well as houses, at the end of a move. The clean is the same top-to-bottom work to the move-out checklist, sized to the place. Our apartment move-out cleaning page covers leasing-office rentals in particular.
Do you clean carpets and windows too?
We vacuum carpets and clean the interior windows, sills and tracks as part of a move-out clean. If your checklist calls for professional carpet shampooing or exterior window cleaning, tell us at the quote stage and we will let you know what we can include and price it up front.
Do you do move-in cleans and deep cleans too?
Yes. A move-in cleaning gets a new place clean before you unpack, and a deep cleaning goes after built-up grime at the end of a long lease. Many people book a move-out clean at the old place and a move-in clean at the new one for the same move, and we coordinate both around the truck.
